Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@emian.shop. We can modify or cancel orders only before they are shipped. If your order has already shipped, we will assist you with the return process.
What is your return policy? We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your Emian product, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
