Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated shipping time: 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or peak seasonal demand.

3. Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our supported shipping region may be cancelled and refunded.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear within the carrier's tracking system.

For customers located within the United Kingdom, no additional customs duties or import fees are payable upon delivery.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order modifications, including shipping address updates, may be requested within 12 hours of placing an order.

Orders may be cancelled until 7:00 PM (GMT) on the day the order is placed.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the shipment cannot be intercepted, customers may refuse delivery and request a refund once the package has been returned.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.

We provide a prepaid return label for approved returns.
